Meet the founders of Whip Candle Co, Denechia and Lizzy. Two proudly right-brained creatives on a mission to shake up the candle game. What started as Denechia coming to Lizzy for a bit of business advice quickly turned into something much bigger. One conversation sparked an idea, and that idea turned into an entrepreneurial partnership built on creativity, curiosity, and a shared vision worth bringing to life.

For years, Denechia had been making candles as a creative escape, experimenting with scents, textures and techniques simply for the joy of it. Meanwhile, Lizzy has a hard-wired business brain that loves a good challenge and a knack for spotting opportunities where others see hobbies. When the two started talking, it quickly became clear that Denechia’s passion and craft paired perfectly with Lizzy’s strategic mindset.

After months of planning, scheming, testing scents, experimenting with the signature whipped look, and having a lot of fun along the way, Whip was born. Together they set out to break the mould of what candles are supposed to be, because candles shouldn’t be boring. They shouldn’t just look pretty on a shelf while smelling like absolutely nothing.
